Name:
Uri’el Kahedin Eyou Lannister av Elysius III aka “Uri”
Age:
20
Gender:
Male
Alignment:
Seeker
Ace Card:
“I was born to fly, baby!”
Elemental HERO Flame Wingman
Deck Description:
“HERO’s Flight”
A deck based around the original Elemental HEROs, and their “Five Hopes”, Elemental HEROs Featherman, Burst Lady, Clayman, Sparkman and Bubbleman. Despite stronger variants existing, this deck has strong symbolism with Uri’s desire to be in the air and to never come back down, concerning his ace monster Elemental HERO Flame Wingman. A mix of his fiery hot passion and desire to soar over the cities’ skyscrapers, these heroes keep his dream alive. Every monster plays an integral role in performing complex Fusion Summons, being one of the few remaining decks that requires specific pieces for its Fusions, instead of just generic archetypal pieces.
Character Skill:
Personality: Foolish and kind by nature, Uri’el, or as he is commonly known among the locals, Uri, is a driven and dull-witted individual. All his life he has strived to push beyond the boundaries of expectation, and is often found excelling at… well, whatever it is he puts his mind to. Despite sometimes not having the best judgement on a lot of things, his unnatural aptitude at everything, plus his high level of persevere puts him ahead of the pack. His personality remains majorily static, regardless of situation. He isn’t very easily scared by intimidation, but is highly susceptible to minor spooks, like being surprise tickled or being thrown into a jumpscare without any build-up. His favorite things are cinnamon-flavored bubble gum, sneakers that are a half-size too big (so he can run for longer without foot cramps) and sports, specifically volleyball. In fact, he enjoys it so much that he often references court positions in the middle of duel, and each of his monsters are designated positions.

Character Skill:
- 1st:
- “My Game”
1. Once per turn, you may reveal 1 "HERO" monster from your hand, pay LP equal to its ATK or DEF (whichever is lower) and shuffle it into your deck, then search your deck for up to one "HERO" Normal monster and add it to your hand. Then, if your opponent controls a monster Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, you may add one “Polymerization” or one “Skyscraper” to your hand.
- 2nd - Locked:
“My Court”
1. Once per turn, when you activate a "Miracle" Spell card, if your opponent controls a Special Summoned monster, and you have the Field Spell “Skyscraper” active, you may use Fusion Materials from the deck for the Fusion Summon of a "HERO" Fusion monster. If the monster Fusion Summoned by this effect is destroyed, target one of its banished Fusion materials, Special Summon it ignoring the summoning conditions.
- 3rd - Locked:
“My Wings”
1. Once per duel, when you Fusion Summon “Elemental HERO Flame Wingman”, if you have the field spell “Skyscraper” active, you may halve your LP, target one monster your opponent controls, change it to face-up Attack Position, then give your “Elemental HERO Flame Wingman” ATK equal to the number of HERO monsters in your graveyard x500. The effects of a Field Spell with “Skyscraper” in the name are active even if your “HERO” monster’s ATK is not lower than the ATK of the monster it attacks The turn you use this effect, only one monster with “Wingman” in its name may declare an attack until end of turn.
